“In 1994 I purchased a soap making book and dove in. I was running an afterschool program for the Y so I had some time on my hands. There were a few failures at first, but soon I got really good at making soap and it felt amazing on my skin! But soap was quickly taking over our home so in 1995 I started selling it to parents. When they kept coming back for more I knew I was on to something. I loved my job but making soap was MUCH quieter! So I quit to the Y to pursue soap making full time and the rest is history. Now 3 other family members & 3 friends have joined me. What a fantastic team! Our pure and natural products feature wild, native North American plants. 100% of our base oils are certified organic and we only use sustainable palm oil that doesn't harm the rainforest.
