On the day of your service, please arrive 10 minutes early. We will begin with a tour of our space, so that you feel at home with us. Once seated, our consultation is aimed to address all of your hair needs, not only for your first service, but also to develop a plan to achieve your long term goals.

If you are here for a color service, your color will be custom blended for your perfect shade, then your formula will be added to the online profile you created. This allows us to recreate the magic each visit, as well as adjust it if you’d like to switch things up.

You will visit our Sanctuary, where your shampoo experience melts stress away like a mini vacation. Relax as you experience our famous head and neck massage, made complete with a hot towel.

Your service will conclude with styling, and of course, we will recommend your at home hair care, and set you up for your next maintenance appointment.

Your first visit begins by a quick overview of our stylists below. We are a well rounded group of trained professional but hope to help you choose one who aligns best with your hair goals. After you’ve selected your stylist, go ahead and click on the Reservations tab to access our online booking system and book your first service. Please add the “New Guest” service to your booking.
